Straightening vanes are manufactured as a symmetrical nest of thin-wall steel tubing, beveled on each end, with tangent points welded on both ends for maximum strength. Flange type and line type are available in 2″ through 24″ line sizes — specify flange or line type, size, and pipe I.D.
Restriction orifice unions are furnished in carbon or stainless steel, screwed or socket-weld, ¼″ through 2″. The one-piece stainless plates are shaped to fit the contour of the union seat (ball to cone), eliminating gaskets, and are tabbed so the orifice size can be identified without breaking the union.
Traps, condensate chambers, and seal pots are forged from ASTM A-106 Grade B seamless pipe, providing uniform wall thickness and eliminating cold shuts or folds (catalog nos. 210-S/X, 311-S/X/XX, 414-X/XX).
