No cookies. No advertising trackers. Nothing sold to anybody, ever. The longer version is below, and it is short enough to read.
We count visits ourselves rather than handing the job to an advertising company. For each page opened we record the page, the site you arrived from, and a two-letter country code that our host works out at its own edge.
We do not store IP addresses. We set no cookies. There is a random identifier held in your browser's session storage so that several pages read in one sitting count as one visit rather than five; it identifies nobody, it is unreadable by any other website, and it is gone when you close the tab.
Daily totals are kept indefinitely. The underlying list of individual events holds only the most recent 10,000.
What you type into the quote form is sent to our sales inbox so an engineer can price it. We use it to answer you and to fulfil any order that follows. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not pass your details to anyone outside the company.
If you begin filling in the quote form and leave without sending it, we keep what you had entered, so that a request which would otherwise have vanished can still be followed up. This also protects you against our own form failing: if the relay rejects a request you did send, the saved copy is the only one that survives.
A saved draft is deleted automatically after 30 days, and deleted immediately if you go on to send the request. If you would rather we did not keep yours at all, email sales@energyflowsystems.com and we will remove it.
Three suppliers, each doing one job: our host, which serves the pages; our data store, which holds the counts and the saved drafts; and a form relay, which carries a submitted quote request to our inbox. Nobody else. No advertising networks, no data brokers, no analytics company. Nothing on this site is sold or traded.
