Energy Flow offers complete design and fabrication of precision orifice and nozzle meter tubes in a wide variety of configurations, all designed to meet or exceed AGA and ASME recommendations.
Seamless tubing and select A106 Grade B seamless pipe meeting AGA Gas Measurement Committee Report No. 3 tolerances are standard, with stainless and special alloys available. As a code shop, fabrication uses highly skilled code welders and automatic welding equipment with rotating positioners.
Rigid inspection is maintained on every tube — micrometer readings are recorded and supplied on request, and hydrostatic testing and weld X-raying are available. Our engineering department will determine the meter tube size and beta ratio from your flow media and conditions.
